We're experiencing an increased volume of online orders. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Following dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note: Australia Post is experiencing a delay of up to 3 days in Victoria.
We ship all orders with Australia Post.
Standard eParcel ($8 or free on orders over $60)
Metro 3-4 Business Days
Regional 5-10 Business Days
Express Post ($12 or $6 on orders over $60)
Metro 1-2 Business Days
Regional 1-4 Business Days
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Lustelle's reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. For Australia Post eParcel, this will be at approximately 10pm on the evening the order is dispatched (weekdays only).
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section, or by contacting us at email@example.com.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on (03) 9016 3307 Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm AEST or Contact Us If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.
