Purchased 2 packs of skincare which supposedly had a bonus mascara with each. Both mascaras were dry and empty and look like they’ve never been filled. Even scraping the wand across your wet skin doesn’t leave ANYTHING at all. If I wasn’t saving money to buy the package with its “bonus” mascara I certainly wouldn’t bother. It’s still cheaper but don’t be fooled by the false bonus offer.

I have contacted customer service twice already now with no reply. I ordered three of the mascaras and they all seem to be either dried out or empty as nothing comes out on the wands at all.

At first I was disappointed with this mascara, but I tried a different brand at the same time and this one is much better. I think I expect too much from mascara, as it never looks as good as I hope. It looks good, but even after several coats it doesn’t make my lashes as big or long as I would like. Still, would buy again.

I’ve bought this mascara on repeat several times as I’ve loved it but the last one that arrived was dry and nothing coming off the brush. I contacted customer services and not had any response. Very disappointing.
