Wouldn't know as I never received it
Ordered & received their anti-aging face products. Then decided to order the mascara & 2 Mulberry silk pillowcases on 26/8/23. Mascara arrived but no silk pillowcases. I emailed their “support” at Lustelle & on 5/9/23 got a standard “Steph” email that they are looking into it. I emailed again weeks later asking for a refund or to actually send the items & no response. I have rung their phone number 28 times over different days, several months & different times of the day but phone off the hook permanently or been cut off. Then I sent a complaint letter via registered mail to both their Elwood Vic & Palm Beach QLD offices. Someone at the Vic office just crossed out the address & marked it returned to sender. The same with the QLD office but some weeks later. Update: the phone actually rings now but rings out. I have tried 4 different email addresses for them also and still no response as at 11/3/24. I have now lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs. Don’t buy from Lustelle!

Just love my 2 22-Momme 100% Pure Mulberry Silk Pillowcases, they are so beautiful, I love the quality and feel and they look so expensive and the beautiful white box with tissue paper they come in, is divine. Great for yourself or a gift to someone. Thank you Lustelle, all your products are amazing and the Customer service is the best. I did not get my order due to mail issues and was sent out immediately another set to me, so happy with the assistance I was given and the receiving the products that I ordered. The silk pillowcases are so soft and you will not be disappointed, great gift for someone getting married or just a gift to pamper a friend or family member, to have a little luxury as they sleep.
